How to heal Shoulder Pain with Heating Shoulder Brace Compression with Vibration

Shoulder injuries are quite common, and they often cause pain, swelling, and damage.

Most shoulder pains occur when the rotator cuff tendons are trapped under the bony region of the shoulder. The trapping makes the tendons inflamed or damaged, leading to a condition called bursitis or rotator cuff tendinitis

Some other causes of shoulder pains are shoulder joint arthritis, shoulder dislocation, broken shoulder bone, bone spurs, bursitis, frozen shoulder, or shoulder separation. They also include nerve injuries, poor posture, and rotator cuff tendons, amongst others.

Home treatment: Heating Shoulder Brace Compression with Vibration

If you have developed shoulder pain because of one injury or the other, there are different ways to manage and treat it. You can manage your shoulder pain at home, especially if the pain isn’t severe.

Here are some tips to help you:

  1. Ice Treatment

Apply ice wrapped in a cloth on your shoulder at 15-minute intervals, three to four times daily for two to three days.

Allow your shoulders to rest for some days before returning to your usual activities.

If necessary, take drugs like Tylenol or ibuprofen to reduce the pain and inflammation.

  • Use a Wrap

A wrap is a good idea if you have suffered a muscle injury, joint swelling, a dislocated shoulder, a frozen rotator cuff, rheumatic pain or arthritis.

If you are an athlete who runs, rides bicycles, or plays sports connected to a lot of rotator cuff movements such as Tennis, Badminton, or Basketball, Badminton, a wrap is also a great idea.

A wrap combines heat therapy, vibration massage, and magnetic therapy to promote comprehensive rehabilitation. The in-built heath therapy within the pad boosts blood circulation and keeps your shoulder warm. The shoulder wrap comfortably fits whatever shoulder you wrap it around.

On the other hand, the vibration massage releases muscle stiffness, joint pain and swelling.

The heated shoulder wrap comes with a portable, rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a 75-minute usage time after a single charge. The wrap is adjustable and has a timer that can be programmed for 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
